Meeting Information:

The Holland Township Board of Supervisors has a regular meeting the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Township office at 501 3rd St in Prinsburg. Dates and times are subject to change. Please contact the Clerk for additional information and questions. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.

Thursday, January 8, 2026: Monthly meeting 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, February 19, 2026: Board of Audit to review the financial records of the township at 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, February 12, 2026: Monthly meeting 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 12, 2026: Annual meeting & Township Elections

Thursday, April 9, 2026: Monthly meeting 7:30 p.m.

Monday, April 13, 2026: Board of Appeal & Equalization Meeting at 10:30 a.m.

Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Officers:

Notice is hereby given to the voters of Holland Township, in Kandiyohi County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 in the Township office at 501 3rd St in Prinsburg. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

The Annual Meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. to conduct all the necessary business of the township. Polls will open after the adjournment of the annual meeting, no later than 5:00 p.m., and will remain open until 8:00 p.m.

Officers to be elected are:

- One Supervisor for a three year term

- One Clerk for a two year term

The Board of Canvass will meet immediately following the close of polls at 8:00 p.m. to determine the results of the election, after which the March meeting of the township board will be held.
